Siri helps Jackson prepare for a date and keeps Deschanel company on a rainy day. The ads see the stars talking to their iPhones and getting fantastic help from Siri's answers. Jackson gets recipes and advice on organic mushrooms, while Deschanel rocks out to her favourite songs.

The ads, by TBWA mark a departure from Apple's usual style. The tech-giant has used celebrities in voiceovers, these ads put stars in centre-stage.

While the ads are undoudtedly worth watching, many fans seem more interested in seeing Deschanel dance about in her pyjamas. We can't imagine why.

G-Male And Siri's Fairytale Romance

Google has long been studying our behaviour to figure out what we want. Last August, they figured out what women want and released G-Male, the perfect boyfriend. Helpful, caring, sensitive, but sadly now taken. You see, he's met Siri.

Even more upsetting for love-sick tech-fans is that G-Male isn't real. He's the work of Comediva, an all-female online comedy troupe.

The group created G-Male in a sketch they released last year, which spoofs Google ads and products. He's a great listener and is always there with helpful suggestions or encouraging words. But as the sketch plays out, G-Male comes to embody the more irritating features of Google, prying into his girlfriend's life and popping up at inappropriate moments.

Now G-Male returns in a second sketch, G-Male and Siri: A Love Story. Yep, he's met his ultra-helpful match with Apple's speech recognition program. Sparks fly when two intelligent devices meet and begin a fairytale romance.

But the course of true love never did run smooth. The rivalry between their tech giant developers frays nerves and the two soon begin to disagree.

During the course of their turbulent relationship, Siri and G-Male run into, and over, characters representing Blackberry, Yahoo, AOL and the perfectly toned Hot-Male

Eventually the two reconcile their differences and get their happily ever after.

The video has pulled in 81,000 views worldwide and won over a large, if surprising, male audience.

The sketch is filled with digs at both Apple and Google and is probably among the best comedy sketches on the internet. Definitely worth a watch.

Want To See What Happens When An Army Of Grandparents Discover Photo Booth? Course You Do

In possibly the most hilariously cute video of 2012 so far, the grandparents are back in front of the webcam and stealing the social video limelight once again.

This hilarious video first sprung up in February 2011, but is now getting a second lease of life. The social video features a host of grandparents recording themselves while their faces are distorted by Apple's Photo Booth facial-recognition and manipulation functionality. The noises they emit are just as odd as the faces shown in the one-minute video mega mix.

After recently featuring on popular video sharing sites such as the The Daily What and Viral Viral Videos the clip has become viral again, amassing more than 350,000 views on YouTube.

This isn't the first time our elders have made social video waves. Let us not forget this cute couple who shot to viral stardom back in 2011 with this Webcam 101.

Take a look as the pensioners having a good old-fashioned laugh below.

New iPad Ad Campaign Ad Focuses On Stunning Graphics

The launch of any new Apple product always focuses on exciting new features. The latest iPad campaign is no different, with the first ad touting crystal clear graphics to whet appetites of tech fans worldwide.

Shortly after the highly anticipated Apple 3rd generation iPad debuted on March 7th, Apple released an advert to follow the launch news. For many of Apple's loyal fans this ad will no doubt make the wait even more unbearable.

It is no surprise that the ad focuses on the iPad's main new feature: the awesome high-resolution Retina display, which we have now become accustomed to on the iPhone range.

The advert chooses to miss out other core features, such as the 5MG Camera, 4G capability and the A5X processor. However, it is safe to say we are likely to see these features appear in upcoming ads.

The new iPad is released on 16th March in the US and globally from the 23rd, so until then, why not join the other 600,000 viewers, watch the ad then pack up your camping gear for the inevitable overnight queuing outside your local Apple store.

Apple's 'Rock God' Ad Gets A Hilarious Re-Write On YouTube

Have you all seen that slightly annoying "Rock God" Apple iPhone commercial? Well, one hilarious YouTuber decided to change it for the better.

If you havn't seen the original, let's get you up to speed on this one. Ok, now you've watched it we can both agree, it's a bit annoying right? Now, let's continue with this recently released fun rendition.

Created by  the video uses the same basis as the original ad, but lays over new cut scenes and audio overlay. It doesn't take much work for a really hilarious spin-off.

All he does is answer the questions as your friend might, in a far less polite manner than you might expect from the ever professional, Siri. A realistic Siri, not one that tells you just what you want to hear.

The spoof has attracted the attention of some 330,000 YouTubers so far and we expect this number to rise as this latest rock rendition progresses up the Viral Video Chart. If you want to track its progress and see lots more equally hilarious videos, be sure to check out the Viral Video Chart

Latest Apple Ad Is All About Sharing (Fancy That) Just In Time For Christmas

Apple ads are flying up quicker than Christmas tree decorations at the moment.

However, this latest offering, for the new iPod Touch, is slightly different to Apple offerings.

Rather than just watching the hand-held gadget do its thing, it features people interacting, sharing and, well, appearing to be having fun with the latest addition to the iPod family.

With a distinctly 'teenage' cast, this latest ad pitches the iPod Touch as an alternative way to keep in touch with friends, without having to fork out on an expensive smartphone plan.

It also includes a number of exciting new features, including iMessage, Game Center and FaceTime

It begs the question: Is Apple finally bringing out a gadget a vast majority of consumers can actually afford? Well, I doubt the handset will be that cheap, but at least there won't be the ongoing trauma of massive phone bills to match.
