WallMart's Annoying Frank The Talking Fruitcake Coming To Your Facebook Page Sometime Soon (Or Not)

Just when you thought the festive period could not get any more annoying, Walmart unleash a new horror upon the Earth.

Meet Frank The Talking Fruitcake - a blatant attempt by the popular retail chain to invent a new internet meme.

It is the creation of The Martin Agency, and should come with a health warning. Why? Well, because it is incredibly irritating. Really, really, really, really, really, really irritating. Almost as irritating as that last sentence, but not quite.

Seriously, if you can spend longer than one minute in his company you are a better person than I. There is nothing sweet about this fruitcake.

Not that that has ever been a large enough barrier to prevent internet memes going viral in the past (Rebecca Black, Crazy Frog, Annoying Orange anyone?).

The worst thing is you can actually send the irritant to your friends' Facebook pages. So expect him to be winging his way to your profile anytime soon.
