Parkour and free-running are both Internet staples, but most of the action is lost in the speed of the athlete’s moves. As a solution, pwnisher made this super-special slow motion free-running video titled Tru Freedom.

Now you can see every perfect movement and step that was recorded at 300 glorious frames per second. If I do say myself, it makes you appreciate the athlete's skills an awful lot more.
