Back-Flipping, High-Flying Action In Nike Basketball Ad

The world of basketball is all about being big. The players are tall, the salaries are huge and the jumps are massive. This new ad features a high-flying slam dunk that'll knock you head over heels.

It comes from Nike and features slamdunk supremo Justin "Jus Fly" Darlington, his incredible court-crushing skills and the sports giant's new Hyperdunk+ basketball shoes.

Filmed at a slam dunk contest in LA, the clip shows the Canadian player running to a ball placed on the court. He cartwheels over it, scoops it up and launches into the air. While mid-air he swings the ball under his leg and dunks it to the adulation of the watching crowd.

Thanks to his Hyperdunk+ footwear, the ad is able to measure the altitude of Jus Fly's airtime - an incredible 42.3 inches. The revolutionary Hyperdunk+ range features clothing with embedded sensors that measures the wearer's performance.

The ad has earned an incredible 2.3 million views in 10 days and has set the internet ablaze with chatter. The clip has garnered nearly 66,000 shares and appeared in blogs and articles from around the world.

It seems that with Nike's new shoes it's no longer a case of Just Do It, it's now all about Jus Fly.
