Peoria Carp Hunters Use Samurai Swords And Wolverine Glove To Fish

Forget fishing with a fishing pole, or even dynamite. Water skis and homemade samurai swords is the new way to catch fish.

And a samurai sword is not the only thing these two gonzos use to fish with. They also wear spike-studded shin guards, a Wolverine glove and a razor-sharp cowboy hat mounted on top of an American football helmet.

What would prompt anyone to make such a deadly outfit and then get on a pair of water skis you might ask yourself?

Well if you ask the Peoria Carp Hunters, all they are trying to do is to save the American rivers and lakes from having their ecosystems destroyed by the Asian Carp, which was introduced into America in the 80’s.

This is by far one of the most insane videos that we have seen so far this year. To get straight to the action, fast-forward to 1:10 into the clip.

I have a question. This type of fishing is catch and release?

Check out our new video. Last year's was more of a trial. This video will make you laugh, or cry when you see how many more fish there were this year.
